James A. Jenkins, PhD

James A. Jenkins, PhD is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Arthritis Care Center. He currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Pacific Education and Research Foundation, as Executive Director of the California Rheumatology Alliance, and as Managing Partner of rheumRx, Inc., actively participating in clinical care, research and practice management.

Dr. Jenkins has a PhD in Health Services and an Executive MPH from UCLA. He has served on numerous committees of the American College of Rheumatology to include the Executive Committee, ACR 2020, Advocacy, Education, Practice, Professional Meetings, Scientific Abstract Review and the Ideal Rheumatology Practice Task Force.
