James A. Jenkins, PhD , MPH is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Arthritis Care Center and President/CEO of rheumRx, Inc., actively participating in clinical care, research and practice management.

Dr. Jenkins has a PhD in Health Services and an Executive MPH from UCLA. He has volunteered on numerous committees of the American College of Rheumatology and served as Vice President of the California Rheumatology Alliance and Chair of Public Policy and Advocacy for the Arthritis Foundation, Pacific Region.
