WHAT OUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING

I’ve been a patient of Pacific arthritis care center for over 20 years. The staff has treated me wonderfully throughout this time. They feel like family. Dr. Feldman is amazing listens to my needs. Dr. Peck is incredible. Who is now helping Dr. Feldman such a comfort and feeling to find a wonderful specialist, especially when you’re not feeling well and special thank you to our Arliz who has been my infusion nurse for over 20 years.
She is dedicated and the most amazing nurse you’ll ever find! I truly mean that.

She is so committed to her patients, I can’t talk enough great things about the staff here at Pacific arthritis and how hard the work to achieve you getting on track with your health, they are truly accommodating In all ways!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Best care I ever received for my disease. As of 2022 I started IV infusion therapy. Again excellent care and extremely professional. I really don’t know where I would be disease wise without PA. They are a game changer in dealing with SCLERODERMA. From the front/ back desk, infusion center and the amazing doctors, I am forever grateful. I want to give a BIG shout out to Arliz and Salma in the infusion center. I’ve seen them once a month for the last 3.5 years. They are knowledgeable, kind, helpful and will always make you feel comfortable during your treatment. Nobody wants to be sick, but if you are THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

I have the good fortune of being predestined, through DNA, to have a propensity toward arthritic gout. Six brothers…six cases of gouty arthritis. (and three with amblyopia, yay!)

I suffered over a decade with this condition, often going to a podiatrist or Urgent Care for relief from the intense pain. But that only treated the symptoms…not the cause. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Gary Feldman that I was able to discover a pain-free life.

I cannot rave enough about this amazing doctor and his hands on, caring, one on one approach to every challenge he’s presented with. He has vast knowledge and is well known throughout the medical community here on the West Side, South Bay and Greater Los Angeles. (my general practitioner and other specialists all know of and speak very highly of him)

Call Dr. Feldman’s office…you deserve to live a pain-free life too.

I’ve been with Dr. Feldman for over ten years now. He is a thoughtful and compassionate doctor who is very experienced with my lupus challenges. He is not only attentive to my physical needs, but he’s also always concerned about my social emotional health as well. I have recommended several of my friends to him and will continue to do so.

I’ve been coming here for six years to treat Crohn’s and RA, and this place has saved me many times over. Managing chronic disease truly takes a village, and you will find that village here. From the front office people to the nurses, everyone is always friendly and helpful. From helping me decipher insurance information to making appointments, I’m grateful they make everything so easy.

The crown jewel of the practice, though, is Arliz, the infusion nurse. I have horrible veins for needles. In the past (not here), I’ve required needles to be placed in my foot — that’s how tricky they can be. But Arliz is beyond gifted and gets my vein every time. I truly started to develop PTSD because of doctors and nurses who couldn’t get my vein, but for the entire time I’ve been a patient here, Arliz has never had to stick me more than once. She gets the vein every time.

Moreover, she exudes kindness and has a gentle demeanor that puts you immediately at ease. She also has prolific medical knowledge, and I trust her implicitly.

Some people were born to do the work that they do, and this is Arliz in a nutshell. The world could use more nurses like her.

My mother went for 2 office visits to the Pacific Arthritis Care Center. She could not say enough how valued she felt as a patient at the office. Her very first interactions were with the receptionists for providing directions over the phone. They went out of their way to assist her with directions and again when she left the office. Her visits with Dr Alexander Peck were also excellent. She described him as friendly, compassionate, and caring. She especially appreciated the fact that he took the time to listen to her concerns. She would highly recommend Dr Peck and his office for your health care needs.

I’d suffered from gout for many years without even realizing it until I went to Dr Peck to see why my “sprained” ankle wasn’t healing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, wrote me a prescription for Colchicine, and had one of his amazing staff members draw blood to test my uric acid levels.

A few days later I received a personal call from Dr Peck informing me that I did in fact have high levels of uric acid levels and he promptly prescribed me Allopurinol to help me manage my gout.

Over the course of the past year Dr Peck has worked wonders to guide me to much improved UA levels, and I am now at the point where I no longer have any dreaded gout “twinges” in my ankles and toes.

All in all, Dr Peck is a wonderful professional and I would personally like to thank him and all of the staff at Pacific Arthritis Center for their help in getting me back to my normal, healthy and active self.
