WHAT OUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING

I owe my life to Dr. Furst. My illness has taken so many unexpected turns and I had gone to multiple doctors and facilities to seek help. I was literally turned away several times. That was until I saw Dr. Furst! Within minutes he knew what was wrong and how to treat all of my issues. My story is not unique either. He saves lives every single day and people come from all over the world seeking his help and he doesn’t turn any of them away. He is a real life hero! You will NEVER find any better team than Dr. Furst and his wife who works equally as hard to support patients and their families!

I have the good fortune of being predestined, through DNA, to have a propensity toward arthritic gout. Six brothers…six cases of gouty arthritis. (and three with amblyopia, yay!)

I suffered over a decade with this condition, often going to a podiatrist or Urgent Care for relief from the intense pain. But that only treated the symptoms…not the cause. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Gary Feldman that I was able to discover a pain-free life.

I cannot rave enough about this amazing doctor and his hands on, caring, one on one approach to every challenge he’s presented with. He has vast knowledge and is well known throughout the medical community here on the West Side, South Bay and Greater Los Angeles. (my general practitioner and other specialists all know of and speak very highly of him)

Call Dr. Feldman’s office…you deserve to live a pain-free life too.

Dr. Daniel Furst is the best doctor we have worked with. My wife has scleroderma and has been seeing him for nearly a year. He has been extremely generous with his time and has done a great job of explaining the information he has shared with us. He’s very thorough and one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors we have encountered.

Dr. Furst is one of the most thorough, capable, and knowledgeable doctors I have had the pleasure of being treated by. All of the staff is welcoming, even during the pandemic, and are able to accommodate scheduling, safety precautions, and overall a sense of “normalcy”.

As for Dr. Furst’s thoroughness: I believe most people patients that come his was have a complicated condition in one way or another, and he is one of the few doctors that really takes the time to do an exam. I do not say this lightly – do not expect a 15-20 min appointment. I do have a tight schedule at times, but when I come to see Dr. Furst I know that it will be a 50-70 minute endeavor and boy does he take his profession seriously.

He is very compassionate and really goes through every possible scenario to find the cause, and then administer a treatment. He also really surprised me with his knowledge of different conditions and the fact that he has a extensive list of possible treatments all in his mind. Seriously, he does not use a computer during the exam, and takes really meticulous notes (notes that he later sends to you by mail and via a computer terminal).

I really appreciate the fact that he does not have the approach of “oh the medicine isn’t working, let’s just give it time”. If something is not working, he changes it to something that possibly can without hesitation. Dr. Furst is also diligent in working out the issues with the insurance if the medicine is specialized, and really cares about the patients and what they are going through.

I am very fortunate to have found him, and am extremely happy to even write this review for anyone looking for an epic rheumatologist.

I’ve been with Dr. Feldman for over ten years now. He is a thoughtful and compassionate doctor who is very experienced with my lupus challenges. He is not only attentive to my physical needs, but he’s also always concerned about my social emotional health as well. I have recommended several of my friends to him and will continue to do so.
